I mean, some of them. I've never done pet play, and I've never really gotten into roleplaying. But a little bit of the rest of it, sure.
You know, I don't know that I've ever really thought about that very much. I mean, on a very basic level, I think a good submissive is one who knows how to play or is willing to learn. For me, at least, it's pretty important that they know that they have power and act like it. Being vocal about what they do and don't want to do, even if they don't necessarily know what they want from the start.
But the only real way I would think a submissive could be bad is if they didn't speak up when they were uncomfortable in a scene. Or, I guess, someone who tries to push past the dominant's limits in a scene but that tends to happen less often.
